Each hat is hand-crafted after you order — 2–3 weeks production plus 5–10 business days shipping. To guarantee Halloween delivery, order by October 15.
✍️What if my name is too long?
The embroidery fits up to 12 characters. If your name is longer, we recommend a shortened version or nickname. Leave blank if you don't want any embroidery — the hat looks great on its own.
🕷️Can I choose more than one charm?
Currently one charm per hat. If you'd like multiple, please order multiple hats — bundle discount kicks in at 2+ items (15% off + FREE shipping).
👶Does it fit kids?
Yes! The knit is stretchy and fits most heads from age 5 to adult. If you need a smaller size for a young child, contact us before ordering.
🧺How do I wash it?
Remove the charm first (it's attached with a small pin). Hand-wash cold with mild soap, gently reshape, and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on embroidery.

Personalized items normally aren't returnable — but we back every hat with a 30-day quality guarantee. If there's a defect, wrong name, or shipping damage, we'll remake or refund. Just email us within 30 days.
